Ingredients:
- 16 button mushrooms, stems removed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Fill mushroom caps with mixture; place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until tops are golden.
