Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
Preparation:
- Mix flour, sugar, and butter; press into baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and zest. Pour over crust.
- Bake 20 more minutes. Cool, dust with powdered sugar, and cut into bars.
