Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange chicken and veggies on a sheet pan.
