Stuffed Mushrooms with Cream Cheese & Herbs

Tender mushrooms filled with a creamy blend of cheese, herbs, and breadcrumbs, baked until golden. An easy, elegant appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 16 button mushrooms, stems removed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill mushroom caps with mixture; place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until tops are golden.
