Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried lentils
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt & pepper
