Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss wings with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Arrange on a wire rack over a baking sheet; bake for 35–40 minutes until crispy.
- Mix Parmesan, garlic, and butter. Toss baked wings in the mixture and serve hot.
