Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 oz dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
Preparation:
- Melt butter and chocolate together.
- Whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar; add chocolate mixture and flour.
- Pour into greased ramekins.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12 minutes. Invert onto plates and serve immediately.
