Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups béchamel sauce
  • Salt, pepper, Italian herbs

Preparation:

  1. Cook beef and onion in a skillet; add tomato sauce and herbs. Simmer 10 minutes.
  2. Boil noodles until al dente.
  3. Layer noodles, meat sauce, ricotta, béchamel, and mozzarella in a baking dish.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes. Let rest before serving.
