Succulent shrimp sautéed with colorful veggies in a spicy Thai sauce, served over jasmine rice for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Jasmine rice, for serving

Preparation:

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat oil in a wok; add garlic, shrimp, and veggies. Stir-fry 3–5 minutes.
  3. Add soy sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Stir until shrimp are cooked.
  4. Serve over jasmine rice and garnish with lime wedges.
