Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Jasmine rice, for serving
Preparation:
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in a wok; add garlic, shrimp, and veggies. Stir-fry 3–5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Stir until shrimp are cooked.
- Serve over jasmine rice and garnish with lime wedges.
