Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast for 5–7 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
